I would say that Jeff Marples supports his clients, 100 percent. I think that in my situation there was a lot of assistance needed because my elderly mom needed some support and guidance. Last year, we were getting ready to sell our townhouse in San Francisco, and we called Jeff. Friends had referred us to him after their own successful sale with him. He recommended what improvements to do in order to get the house into the best condition for sale. We were commuting between the SF house and our other home and to help us with logistics, Jeff recommended the best sources for flooring and painting. Once we emptied the house and after we made arrangements with the flooring and painting contractors, he was willing to oversee the installation of the flooring as well as being available for the painting, coordinating the energy inspection and installation of the required low-flow toilets, and hanging a new chandelier. His help with the pre-sale pre work was invaluable to us, ensuring that we didn’t have to drive 70 miles in and out of SF every day to oversee all that work. It all came out beautifully. When we put it on the market, he used social media as well as email and traditional media to get the word out at a time when the market was softening somewhat. He diligently held broker open houses and public ones, and kept contacting others throughout his wide network. The offer we accepted was a solid one and he helped throughout the contract process making sure that parties on the buyers side were all in and that we were informed regularly as we went along, so this deal went through to a successful conclusion. He is a real pro, creative, supportive, knowledgeable and a very nice person as well.

He is never impatient, never annoyed, and never pompous. We worked with him over many months selling our original condo and finding a new one in a better neighborhood. In terms of finding the new place, Jeff figured out what we needed/wanted and kept us supplied with possible options week after week — until the magic one showed up.
